Worst mistake ever

<p>I regret ever joining planet fitness. Ive had nothing but problems from the start. Your sales staff and sales manager made promises they couldnt deliver. Two months ago extra fees got deducted from my account which I was not informed about on signing up and this month I receive a mobile message to say that I didnt pay last month and then the monthly fee gets deducted off my account twice. I have bank statements that clearly show that the money did come off last month. This is rediculous.</p>
