Worst Gym! No Client Satisfaction Policy! Only care about Money!! **********

Planet Fitness is the worst. Joining was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. To win my business they promised that my first two Payments will only be R300 pm and thereafter R600 pm. That never happend. STRIKE 1. I’m the middle of the year I joined Multiply and went in to activate my Multiply benefit. After the activation they informed me that I will only be saving 10c because they’ve put me ons a 2year contract WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Closer to the end of the year when I wanted to Cancel my contract, the cancellation fee was extremely high, since I only had 3minths left of my contract. When I enquired they informed me that when I activated my MULTIPLY (to save 10c Btw) my contract was renewed and I still have 10 months left. THE AGENT HELPING ME NEVER TOLD ME. When I went into the club to ask what the problem is, they promised me that my contract will expire 1 Dec. I was so relieved and didn’t worry about all the other stuff. I just wanted to be DONE with them! To my surprise another amount of R600 was debited from my account for December (that I haven’t even noticed) and another R600 for February. To my disappointment the headache to cancel my membership starts again!!!!!! Planet fitness is a bunch of ****** that is only free money and gives a damn about client care and satisfaction. When you join they promise you the moon and the stars and thereafter the just don’t care!!! Stay away! They make your life much more difficult than it should be. I want my contract stopped and I want to be refunded the money I’ve lost because of your incompetence otherwise I will take legal steps. It’s not a big amount but the principle and standards of it, is what matters. MEVER JOUN PLANET FITNESS!!! THEY WILL ONLY ***** FROM YOU!!!!!
