Worst Gym I ever joined,most *********** staff

Me and my wife join about 3 months ago, after seeing all the complaints about the gym (and Tatum) we thought they would have sorted out their problems, but to our amazement not.We joined as vitality member and was suppose to pay R99/m (this is what Tatum said). First month deduction came and R279 has been deducted for both of us, which means the same Tatum which everyone is complaining about has made yet another mistake(Asking myself how is he still working for planet fitness). My wife called head office to try and sort out the issue and was told to go to the gym to sort it out. My wife went and spoke to Wandi(She think). After my wife explained the problem she assured that our account would be credited and come next month no deductions will be taken as it will be taken from our credit. Well well well to our surprise 2 deductions has again gone off, 1 for 99 and 1 for 279. I would like my contracts canceled and all money paid back(joining and monthly) because this is definitely not something I am willing to pay for. I am sure the CEO at planet fitness would also not like to pay for these problems. We do not have time to sort out issues which should not be our problem.
