Worst Gym experience ever

Went to Little Falls PF, last night get there the guy that is supposed to help me \stepped out\", someone else assists, I sit there for 45 minutes for 4 different consultants to assist me, just to get a free 7 day contract printed, after 45 minutes if sitting, I finally get told to take a pic at reception, and thereafter told I can go gym, so I ask, as i previously explained that it of utmost importance that my daughter has a place to play, as advertised on PF website, and as Tafara explained that it would be fine, Im then told that the people who take care of the kids, have already left at 7 o clock, just casually, as if there is nothing wrong with that. So now I must train with my 3 year old daughter, after I was assured she would be taken care off, I ask for an explanation as to how these people just leave? He walks away speaks to the lady at the counter and she says there is nothing they can do, TOO BAD!!! and they just leave me standing there,i THOUGHT id try PF for a change as I have been with Virgin active for 4 years, THANKS PLANET FITNESS FOR CONFIRMING HOW MUCH BETTER VIRGIN ACTIVE IS!!!! YOUR SERVICE AT PLANET FITNESS SUCKS!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO A PF GYM, NEVER."
