Worst gym ever

Planet fitness!!@ my son signed a 12 month contract with them. I asked repeatedly " only 12 months" and was assured "yes" .....well contract finished and then a debit order went off again.....Guess what, it becomes a month to month contract, there is some clause not discussed or mentioned and NOBODY SAID U HAD TO CANCEL AND WHY WOULDU IF U ONLY SIGNED FOR 12 MONTHS, WHY CANCEL IF THE CONTRACT IS FINISHED. They are ******* and I can only imagine how many people have been caught this way. It should not be allowed. A 12 MONTH CONTRACT IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT!!!! JUST THE FACT THAT NOBODY MENTIONED A BLADDY THING ABOUT CANCELLATION SHOWS ME THAT IT IS DELIBERATE TO GET SOME ADDITIONAL FUNDS. PLANET FITNESS SHOULD NOT BE SLLOWED TO ADJUST A 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH ****TY CLAUSES AND CANCELLATION FEES. THE CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED. I CANNOT SEE HOW THIS IS ALLOWED. THEN AGAIN, I READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS AND REALIZE THAT PLANET FITNESS HAS SUCH LOW RATINGS AND THE REVIEWS ARE AWFUL, THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO GET MONEY!
