Worst gym ever

I cancelled my contract with Planet Fitness because I have been retrenched, currently unemployed therefore unable to make payments. They however continue to debit my account. I cannot understand how they refuse cancellation when I have clearly stated I am unemployed so even if I wanted to I simply cannot afford the payments. In a country that is undergoing a bloodbath of retrenchments they really are being unreasonable.
