Worst gym ever!!

I've been with planet for the past two and a half years now and only had problems from signing of my first membership. My contract expired last year September so it went into auto renewal. In Feb 2017 I signed a new contract at Centurion Gate Megaclub under a corporate package as I was working in the same building. The consultant Lulu assured me the membership will only be R370 per month for 12 months, no joining fee or anything. She also assured me the new package will start from March. Come end of Feb the same amount of R500 was deducted, so I thought maybe it was filed late by admin. Come end of March same thing happened. R500 again. So assuming the contract was never activated I requested to cancel my membership. Now auto renewal is not a contract. You can still give 30 days notice to cancel without a penalty fee, I know, I also worked there for a few months. A few days after my request I recieved an email from customer services saying that my contract is only expiring September 2018. That means someone activated a two year contract in September 2016 which I never signed for. Whoever did this, note: this is called *****. I will not pay to cancel my membership. This cost will be on Planet Fitness. If not I will open a case of ***** against them. The sad thing is that I'm not the only person sitting with this problem. There are hundreds of people trying to get away from these people. They have the worst customer service in the history of mankind. Example: I sent them a request on their website to phone me more than a week ago and still no call. I'm sure their excuse will be that they are very busy. The reason they are so busy is because they cause more problems with clients than they can even handle or dream to fix. I will not recomend this company to any person ever again.
