worst gym ever

I joined planet fitness platinum because they over sold everything. once i signed the contract, within the 1st month, i got there and they ran out of towels, when i went to the toilet (emergency) there were no toilet paper (in a freaking platinum gym). I was promised that when i join there, they will steam my shirts and i can just collect it when done training. so as per the contract i signed, they did not deliver on one of these responses i had. WORST gym ever. cant wait for teh contract to top because this is the biggest **** ever. NEVER join planet fitness
