Worst gym ever
Worst gym ever ! They over charge you and when you told them to cancel two years later I get a big invoice of R2690.00 after you over charge me for the gym which I sign a contract for R175 they double it . Sjoe horrible horrible service. Nobody wants to even help me ! They even have lawyers calling me ! So disappointed honestly ! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PLANET FITNESS EVER !

02 Nov 2021, 09:19Honestly quite upset. Today I call planet fitness again to resolve this issue and she tell me she can’t help me because the system is offline . Than I ask to speak to someone higher and she tells me again sorry they in meetings all day ? I mean come on ! There is always excuse and than other people must pay for there fault ! Worst service and such I honest business.
