Worst Gym ever !!!!

On Monday evening, I went into Ruimsig. Staff were hanging on the counter, having personal conversations, screaming over the music. Nobody could assist me to sign up. Went back on Tuesday before 16h00. Consultant I got could not find the computer system, disappeared, only to come back and tell me that nobody could assist me. I asked for another consultant, was told there is nobody. Asked for sales manager, was told in a meeting, asked for GM, not available. Laid a complaint on Tuesday at customer care, no response by We'd, called back on Thur, today is Friday, have not heard a single word !!! Nobody has bothered even acknowledging my complaint. Staff do as they please in that club. There is no professionalism. My husband goes there, but as I am now refusing to sign up, he will be leaving his personal trainer at Ruimsig and moving with me to Virgin active Cradlestone. I have never experienced such laid back service. It takes 2 min to call a client and acknowledge their complaint, yet not even the club Manager has bothered. Customer service keeps saying be patient, sorry my patience is up !!!! Carry on treating clients like this and you will be closing clubs as fast as Virgin opens !
