Worst gym by far

I signed up over a year ago with this gym as I was working in CCI. The agent was very pushy firstly, as I was only looking around as I already have a gym near home in Toti. Instead of offering me the couples package as my girlfriend lives up north, he signed us up individually. The agent did not even provide me with any contract paperwork or anything, told us that we would be getting a month free subscription after three months, which I still did not get yet. Now that I am forced to relocate to JHB, I called in two days ago to notify them that I can not go on with the gym as I lost my job 2 months ago and can not afford it at this point in time. I needed to cancel this contract due to no income. The agent still wanted to charge me R1200 once off, just after I said I was not working anymore and I can not afford it. The agent offered me this freeze service for 6 months for just R150 a month, which would still be difficult, but I said I'd try and work something out. The agent told me it would start as of the 1st of September, however, today I wake up and see a notification that my last R300 from my bank account was debited from Planet Fitness. Absolutely disgusting. I have had endless **** with this gym, sometimes even double debiting me in one month for absolutely no reason. I am tired of this. I have decided to take legal action against this people if this gym does not get cancelled as I have clearly stated that I no longer have a job. Its funny how my gym at home understood that I am unemployed and cancelled due to circumstances but this Planet Fitness cares a damn about your daily living needs and just takes your money
