Worst financial department ever!!!!!!!

<p>I have resently joined planet fitness in lakefield Benoni. i joind through discovery vitality and paid R1900 once off fee. about two weeks after paying the fee Terrance at planet fitness phoned and said my vitality does not cover planet fitness and only virgin active. I agreed to that i will do a monthly payment of R600 for the gym fees and not do it through vitalitey. I have been phoning every week regarding to the refund of R1900 that they have to do. first they told me it will take 14 days. its been a month now and im still waiting. everytime they say they have escelated the refund but yet nothing has been done. Everytime when i want to speak to the manager the mannager is always busy. the managers name is Shereen in the refunds department. i just had enough of this . And i want the world to know how planet fitness robs people and *****s there money. I phned today and yet the same story that they have escelated the matter. and yet Shereen the manager is still not availeble. Please help!!!!!!!!</p>
