Worst experience with Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness You guys are by the worst gym. I have always had stories about the gym but never entertained them.

Last year we were told that the gym is closing down due to the lease ending, mind you, they said that emails were sent to inform members and I had never received any, I had to enquire myself after hearing from other members. After emailing Planet Fitness and calling this was confirmed.

Today I am calling Planet Fitness to get confirmation of the exact prorata amount which they said we would be charged, the consultant tells me that the gym is no longer closing and that communication was sent...AGAIN, I never received this email, yet they have it because I am asked to confirm it all the time when calling...What utter nonsense is this?

And now I am forced to pay a cancellation fee, because the GYM IS NO LONGER CLOSING DOWN. Cos I had to find another gym....And also, I have to pay this month's D/O even though I never set foot in there

I will say I am glad to be rid of you. This is not how you treat members.
