Worst experience in a long time

I have been a member for more that a year and have really tried. The first club was supposed to have a swimming pool and in the time i was there was able to use it 3 times. The pools was either dirty or so cold that you cannot use it. The second club had issues with the steam room. It was broken for months and only worked a couple of days. At the third club the people was rude. The last time i was there they turned off the steam room (while i was in it) and told me to get out. I complained to management and was told that it was for my own safety. No common sense or customer relations. I went today to cancel my membership, and to add insult to injury, i was told that although i was on a monthly payment plan i still have to give them one calendar months notice. I told her that seeing that i have not used the facilities and will not for the month of October to take that as my notice month. I was told that if i did not pay the November membership that they would sue me for breach of contract and report me to the credit bureau as a non payer.
