Worst experience ever

I tried cancelling my membership and was given 4 different cancellation fee amount.

What I first joined, I was told that I could do a 3 months notice for cancellation. I was not sent a copy of my contract and it seems like they used this as leverage. When I wanted to cancel, I was told that I have to pay a certain amount to cancel and that there is no 3 month cancellation notice as advised. The cancellation amount that was given kept on changing without being given a clear explanation. When I call to ask, the fee changed. I tried laying a complaint but was not assisted at all. The call centre agents are rude and a never willing to help.
