WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Ever since I joined this gym in Heuweloord it’s been a mission every damn month. There’s always issues with my membership jiki jiki Vitality is not linked jiki jiki Bankmed balance is cancelled, theres always an issue with this people. I signed a R630 contract and next thing this ****ers try to debit R899 with no damn explanation, And no one is taking this query serious I can’t be dealing with the same thing every damn month. Countless email and calls AT MY DAMN EXPENSE! Even their sales manager is not bothered by this. Honestly if this is not sorted by the end of the week I rather cancel and join Virgin Active and I will not be paying any cancellation fees I cannot be inconvenienced by your *********** staff and systems.
