Worst ever GYM Planet Fitness Montana

Planet Fitness Montana is the worst facility ever since there is no manager employed. The stand in manager is the worst ever. Absolutely no communication skills or managerial skills at all. We have been complaining since last year about not having our usual 8h00 spinning classes which we had for many years but since the passing of our instructor they never made an effort to get a new instructor instead moved the class to 7h00 and only 1 person attending because the rest of us having children that we need to get to schools first. So we are riding on our own as that is what we do we do not use any other classes but for the last 3 months the aircon in the spinning room is not working and when we ask the stand in so called reception manager gets ****y with us. We need our fees refunded as we did not get the service which we paid for. We are midway January 2025 and aircons still not working. The manager is also not willing to provide alternative ventilation in the meantime. Surely this is a huge health risk and there is a gent and ladies who is over 60 and 70 years old they will be held liable if they get heart attacks due to no ventilation This is unacceptable also logged numerious complaints with head office without any feedback. It just shows that Planet fitness only wants money but does not care about the customers health and wellbeing. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
