Worst ever experience with any company EVER

Worst experience with any company, EVER - Planet Fitness Parklands. I was **** to by the sales person, Nadine, under the guise of their "system being down" when signing up and was duped into a promo under false pretense. Both myself and a family member. Roped in with a R99 p/m for first three months and then R399 per month ther after. When the contract finally came the monthly amount was in excess of R500 pm. Honestly disgusted and currently seeking legal advice to resolve this.
