Worst customer Service You Will ever Find

<p>I must admit I have experienced some bad service in my Life but Planet fitness takes the cherry. </p> <p>I first visited Planet fitness in krugersdorp in January 2017 where i was taken on a tour. I was happy with the facility and what was offered. I recieved a whatsapp from one of the members asking if i am still interested in taking the membership (Not very Profesional) so still showing interest in the membership and the sales consultant talking to me via whatsapp I asked a few questions regarding the membership......I enquired about signing up via my momentum health medical aid and was fed false information (Kept the messages as proof). So When i returned the evening to sign up me and my girlfriend walked up to the reception area to be assisted and we were ignored....We had to get the attention of Anandi ( Manager) she asked me if i have been to the gym before and obviously I have i said yes i have. She then proceeded to look on her system and could not find me...Rudely she saidwell you have not been here before otherwise i would have found you on the system. (It was so embarasing standing infront of other people and being spoken to this way) I told her again Mam i have been here before and she then insisted i havent. Second incident is when i went 03/04/2017 Yesterday and we had to stand at reception for 15 minutes again being ignored. When i finaly got assistance the gentelman Angelo was chewing gum open mouth and when he stops talking he keeps his mouth open and the gum is visable. So rude. Every time i have been to the gym i have had such terrible service. The training manager is also no help at all. I regret signing up at planet fitness coming from Virgin active....Planet fitness Krugersdorp worst service ever...Regret It!!</p>
