WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & OUTDATED GYM

I joined Planet Fitness in an attempt to save money on gym fees. WORST MISTAKE EVER! The equipment at Claremont gym is so outdated it's practically rusting away. The class instructors are sub-par and the classes are few in variety. The swimming pool is old and the staff barely greets you when you walk in the door. When I joined they said they are bound to upgrade equipment last June 2014-it still hasn't happened. I tried to cancel my contract in January and 2 months later customer service still hasn't gotten back to me with regards to this. Yet they still take their debit orders each month and upped my fee with R100 without any notice! I called 3 times and sent 4 emails to customer service and still the matter has not been resolved as customer service can not seem to understand what I'm trying to say to them-THAT I WANT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP AT THIS TERRIBLE GYM!! I have now stopped my debit orders and sent them numerous emails informing them of this. Still no word from them. Should I get black listed because of this I will be bleak to say the least!
