Worst customer service ever

This company is fast to tie you into a contract but if they need you need customer service after they sighed you into the contract it does not exist. I am moving to George and they do not have a branch there, I went to my club in Brakpan to ask them to assist. All they done is told me to contact customer support. I have done this. First I called them twice. Both times I held for 15min being told they are experiencing high call volumes. Then I mailed them, I received the following response on 15/01/2019 @ 11H03 "Dear Valued Member, Thank you for your mail, one of our service agents will be in contact with you within 72 hours. If your email is of an urgent nature and requires a response immediately, please feel free to contact us on our webpage and tell us about your query https://www.planetfitness.co.za/speak-to-us/ or call us on ********** 463. Yours in Health Planet Fitness"

Till today no response. On 21/01/2019 I then used the talk to us option and got the same response as above, I tried to call them again today and got no further. Please thing twice before signing with planet fitness, they also make promises they don't keep.

Their service is extremely poor. Sorry my mistake, there is no service.
