Worst customer service ever

I got an sms from Planet Fitness that my account is in arreas and to contact them. Because this is not true and i am trying to resolve this i tried calling their number a couple of times already and for the ccountless times i have called their somehow experiencing high call volumes. This is very frustrating as there is a delay in my matter being resolved and must say the worst customer service ever
