Worst Customer Service ever

I had the worse customer service ever with planet fitness who can’t even explain a simple situation with regards to my debit order dates. These guys mix up my date order dates which I end up having bank charges because of them. Agent “Norma” advised she will escalate this to finance and send me an email before end of business day but never did so. I sent an email to them 2 weeks ago but I have not have any response back. Really “professional” of your guys. I give you a big round of applause ??
