Worst customer service ever

<p>My wife and I are members at the Port Elizabeth branch of Planet Fitness. We have been to the gym on several occasions in the morning just after 5. They are suppose to open at 5. We waited with several other members, sometimes even till 5h30 without anybody pitching to open. I eventually had enough and send an email to them to cancel our membership. I got a reply back from the mail and was told not to reply to this as it was an automatic reply and that they were busy with it. 3 weeks later still nothing. Another email and the same thing. A phone call to them and you just hold on with no answer. Eventually an sms to say sorry they missed your call. But still no phone call from them or anything. The only thing you do get from them is your debit order that will go off. This has been our worst mistake ever. Please people do not join this gym. They will promise you a change in your life. Yes a change in your bank account and nothing else</p>
