Worst customer service and money not getting refunded

My debit order went off higher than I signed for on the contract. I've been in contact with the person who signed me up as well as the manager and I'm getting no feedback. Just being straight up ignored. This is extremely unacceptable, how can you charge me more than what I signed for???
