Worst Customer Service!

I have been with the gym for over 4 months now and since day one I have been having issues! I would in no way recommend this company to anyone wanting to join a gym. The first instance I met with the sales manager of Cape Town who assured me that my account was rectified only to now be stopped every time I go into the gym, stating my account is blocked, only to message the sales manager and general manager of the De Waterkant branch and not receive a response! At this point I’m beyond frustrated, I would just like this membership cancelled!
