Worst Customer Service

On the 21st of July I recieved a phone call from a sale consultant working at planet fitness krugersdorp branch, informing me of the promotion they had for July. To refer as much people you know to join there branch and if they do join, I will recieve a R500 puma voucher for each referal signing up. 2 of my referals signed up. The week after I asked the Sales consultant when will I recievey vouchers for the promotion as I know the two people on a personal level and they told me that they joined. The sales consultant said as soon as the first debit order goes through straight after that I will get my two puma vouchers. Let me get to tjhe point after numerous phone calls to head office and 3 recerence numbers and empty promises Until today the 25th of October I am FURIOUS!!!! The manager of the krugersdorp branch is USELESS!!! I refuse to continue my membership and I will ensure to reverse each debit order. If they really do care about all there members they would have sorted this out from the first time I contacted them regarding this. I REGRET REFERING MY FRIENDS TO JOIN SUCH A USELESS GYM. Please dont send me a reply with we will contact you shortly and let me go through this prosses again. I will Burn down your company!!!! I will rather stay fat, unhealthy and die at the age of 30 before i will ever even considering going to planet fitness again and that includes refering friends. Hard to complain about service if they have no service to complain about!!! Total bull****!
