Worst Customer Care EVER

Shocking service this gym is so quick to sign you up and hounds you. Then once you are signed you get the Worse customer service ever. They keep on debiting money from you and now owe me R 900 in credit I have phoned them countless times, emailed their customer care 5 times and nothing no response, I contacted the General Manager at the gym 2 weeks ago sent him all the documentation and nothing. I phoned Customer care spoke to the manager Happy whom promised to call me back that afternoon and guess what NOTHING. For one of the MOST expensive gyms around their after service is disgusting.
