Worst company to associate with. they will call 2 years later and say you owe them and not provide any proof. then set their lawyers on you for collection

I am and active member of planet fitness. never had a declined debit order but today 19/01/2021 i get a call from a lawyer that my account is handed over and the transaction relates to periods as at 31 July 2019 and before. how? how is it that a year and half passes without their finance department communicating this?

this is wrong and its things that the consumer protection act and the ombuds should rule against as this corporates are used to having their way with consumers.

i will be seeing out my current contract with planet fitness and will never want to be associated with their name or gym ever again.

you cannot even call them because they just want people to give in and do what planet finess wants
