Worst company in SA(Planet Fitness). No customer service,No service.

I joined Planet fitness about two years ago, the gym was situated in a bad area so parking right next to the gym(2meters from the entrance) was unsafe and items were ****** frequently. Inside the gym there was a sign that said no washing of feet in the places allocated for drinking. machines were out of order people exercised without clothes and there were no hygiene policies( no towels etc had to be used). random people that were not members of the gym came and use the equipment, do to poor management. Between sets I had to walk to the window to check if my car is still safe. After one year of this I decided to lay numerous complaints(5+) and got no response so I canceled my contract due to this horrible service. After two months I received an email stating pay the cancellation fee, nothing about my complaints. So I did not pay the fee until my problem was recognized, another month passed with no response and the debit orders still continued so against my will I paid the full cancellation amount send the prove and nothing. Then 4 months later I receive an email saying they want to pursue legal actions because I need to pay the cancellation fee, I explained that I had payed it in full and please transfer me to someone that can help me with my complaints. Nothing. Two months passed again I was called with the same story and I told them the same they even said they have the cancellation fee on record so I asked them please give me someone to whom I can tell my story of the horrible service.Nothing. Then today I see I got a message saying I owe PF money and they want to pursue legal actions again.One year after I cancelled and 6 months After my contract would have expired. They have no customer service, they dont care about they're reputation nothing therefor the worst company in south africa and I will continue to encourage people not to join any planet fitness.
