Worst bunch of ***** and time wasters ever!!

Yet again Planet Fitness has taken 2 debits NOT for the agreed amount and due to my account going into a negative balance they will not reverse it so I have to wait for the debits to be rejected so I can pay in R150 per rejected debits. I have no luck with their gym staff who tell me to call the call centre who put you on hold or advise you to email but they don't reply the emails. I feel so frustrated, angry and helpless!!!
