Worse service in the world!

I've had the worse gym experience at Planet Fitness wanderers. The staff there just don't care about customer service. My locker was broken into which had a lock on it and they told me they would investigate and let me know but did nothing about it. Staff are rather standing around and flirting with each other than trying to help customers. They collect your personal information and don't protect it- do not share your ID number with them! Their sauna never works yet you pay a fee in addition to your monthly subscription to service equipment. Planet fitness is a real *******, don't bother wasting your hard earn cash with them! There classes are dangerous as the yoga instructor pulls you into position without asking you if you have injuries! DeeKay at the front desk is also very rude and is more worried about chatting on her phone to friends than paying attention to clients and treating them with respect. When I reminded her that I am still the customer she told me to take it up with the call center. Unbelievable! I'm taking my business to Virgin Active - even if it costs more, as least I won't get treated like the gym pays me exercise there. Planet fitness - you should be ashamed!
