Worse service ever, "********* Business Practices"

My gym partner was convinced to take her own membership and my black tag would be converted to normal tag. This was suppose to happen in May 2018 but till today am paying for black tag, the regional manager + club manager + sean the consultant are aware of the matter and choose to do nothing about it instead am sent to pill and post.
