Worse Service Ever

I wanted to join the gym and it seems like there's issues on your side. There's my mother used to pay the account donkey years ago. She's deceased. That account was linked to her account Please note Planet Fitness account is prescribed. Therefore I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 5 or more consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards, the outstanding amount nor promised to pay. No summons has been issued since the account was opened. This is in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription act 68 of 1969. The debt is therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter closed. Any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with related authorities.
