Worse gym in the world!

I relocated and in my area there wasn't a planet fitness gym nearby so I decided to cancel my membership. I called customer care in May and as per the consultant, it did not state in my contract that I have to pay a cancellation settlement fee. I was promised someone was going to call me to confirm that I don't have to pay a cancellation fee. NO ONE CALLED ME. I sent emails and still no contact. I was still paying for the service that I was not using. I would call the customer care and hold on for hours for someone to answer that I would just cut the call. Eventually I just had to pay the cancellation settlement just to get the gym out of my life which was only in August. Even when I was settling the account, the coloured consultant was very rude and her attitude was terrible. No customer care what so ever! I will never recommend this gym to anyone!
