WORSE GYM EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Planet fitness is a **** and the worse gym ever, i signed up in april was wrongly billed and misled i logged several of cases that has not been resolved till now, evertime i call they dont have feedback and sending me the same agreement form to complete which i completed a couple of times already with a consultant from the branch and with a consultant from the call centre. I told them i want to cancel and will not be paying them a cent cause i was misled,they told me they will only remove the arrears amount if i sign up for 75% discount on vitality what nonsense is that giving me conditions but they were at fault. My biggest mistake ever

I dont have access to the gym,my tag is blocked, my cases is unresolved but they still billing me and debiting my account. But still No Answer!!!!!!
