Worse gym

Been with this gym for more then a year and I changed my banking details the lady working at planet fitness changed my debt order but it was not done on the admin side. They debt order has been deducting from the incorrect account for the last 2 months and I have been coming to gym without Being block making me assume that my gym contract has been paid as I do not get sms for debt orders being deducted I am unhappy that I have to pay for too months when for each month I had and have the money in my account with all the penalty fees and when ask how much it is to cancel my contract the employees don't know how to check.
