Worse customer service ever and they will keep taking money after you cancel
Its been 2 months since I asked or my membership to be cancelled. PF does not respond to hello peter complaints, Facebook messages and don't even bother to call them.
They again deducted money from my account so I reversed the debit order and guess what,they left a missed call on my phone earlier. I tried calling back but the number does not exist.
Cant believe I spend my hard earned money on you for 4 years

Judging by the rest of the ignored complaints on this platform they should be marked as a company that does not respond.
