Won't recommend . Rather go to Virgin Active

Terrible experience with these people . I signed a contract in November 2024 joining Planet fitness Menlyn. The contract i agreed to was a 1 year term that would end in November 2025 . To my surprise I called them in October 2025 to inform them that I won't be renewing my contract again . They informed me that my contract only end in November 2026 and I signed a 2 year contract . This is ******* as I had someone with me signing the contract as I also got a black tagg and this person was present during the conversation and signing of the contract . I never signed a 2 year contract which tells me that they extended the contract without my knowledge. I accepted it as they told me I can't cancel it but now im getting gatvol as every month my payments go through on my side but it doesn't show on Planet fitness system then I have to show them my proof of payment every day before I can enter the gym . These people are a bunch of back alley ******* as they tamper with your contract after you sign it as it didn't only happen to me but to a few people I know and a bunch of reviews I've read
