Wont cancel contract

I have never in my life had such pathetic service from a company i have been trying to cancel my contract since october 2014. I never gave any1 permission to renew it. I call ur call centre and kate the person speaking to me has the ordasity to lie to me. I have never in my life been so diacusted in service. I have sent countless emails that have just been ignored. and every month u keep trying to debit me.
