Won't freeze my contract

I requested to have my contract frozen as I can't afford it at the moment. I wanted it frozen for 2 months instead of being forced to cancel. The agent told me I can't freeze it as I froze it last year. And I need to provide proof. <br> I would prefer freezing the contract than be forced to cancel. They will still be getting the 125 per month for freezing the contract.<br> How is it that you would rather be willing to cancel than assist me with reducing expenses.<br> <br> Please freeze my contract for Feb and March?
