Won't cancel contract

I had a 3 year contract with Planet Fitness Cobblewalk and they had a \small fire incident"and moved all the members to Aurora Durbanville.<br> <br> After I completed the 3 years I was informed via SMS that my contract will go on month to month and my debit order will continue as usual. I have mailed customer service 3 times to cancel my month to month contract and I have since stopped my debit order. Yet I still receive outstanding balance sms's from them. <br> <br> I was then given the head office number. It immediately switches to voice mail stating that their work hours are until 6pm on weekdays. This was 16:30 pm on a Wednesday. No one has ever answered any call I made to their head office. <br> <br> I am not paying them anymore but I would like for them to stop hounding me for money. My contract is done! How can I get these guys off my back?"""
