Why should one go to planet fitness.

I like planet fitness, but frankly, they are overpriced. Planet Fitness's prices compete with other gyms that have pools and better equipment. Making members question "why planet fitness". secondly, although the trainers and receptionists are kind and receptive, their caller customer service has a lot to be improved on, from irritable women being short with clients or just wasting one's time cause they 'aren't in a good mood.'

Planet Fitness is a good gym overall with good facilities and equipment, but what distinguishes them from other gyms that can offer more for their members at a similar price?
