Why pay less if you can pay 4x MORE for less benefits and ****ty service

I would rate this gym 0 stars if I could. The knowledge and professionalism of the employees are shocking! We were lured from Virgin active (on Vitality) to PF, just to pay 4x the monthly fees! All because a consultant wrote up 2 memberships - 1 at full price for more commission!!! The consultant does not work there anymore... I wonder why???? And everything was sign here and here... nothing was as explained.... When we became aware of the problem, we phoned in and emailed Jack Macgregore with NO luck or feedback I even went into the club and spoke to the manager, Anthony. He promise to sort it out.... No luck, feedback or follow up... We even had a Teams meeting with a regional manager, Marcel van Bommel... you guessed it NO LUCK, feedback or follow up.

It's been 4 months since our original query...

I will take this up with my bank now. Worse client service EVER.
