What the hell

So, I have joined the Gym and June 25 was when the first debit order was due, the debit went through 24 the was no funds and to top it off 1 amount was supposed to go off however 2 debits went off not one of the amounts is what i agreed on, not even if you add the 2 up. I am beyond upset.
