What is a Gym Manager's Job Description?

If you want a business that is proud of the service they deliver then you should stay away from Planet Fitness as their incompetence, lies, misinformation and just general "don't care" attitude will either cause you to have a stroke or heart attack or just make your head explode! I must wonder where they were taught about service delivery and who the hell supervises these club managers. Then getting to Head Office there is also a major shortage of personnel with any knowledge how to process a "New Contract" to completion. And pease don't ask anybody whether they know how to follow-up a specific contract to see how far it has progressed! Apparantly at club level there is absolutely no way they can or "will" get you the necessary information. I must ask what qualification do you have to have to become a gym manager? Because at Hennopsview there have been so many that just could not provide anyone with information they asked for. So for your own sanity stay away from PLANET FITNESS!
