What call center??

Contacted the call center to resolve a query, the consultant couldn't sort out my issue so I asked to speak to her supervisor, the first time the consultant put me on hold and then told me I'm being transferred, 5 seconds later the call was just dropped, I called them back and spoke to a different consultant , she informed me that the supervisor has refused to talk me and will not take my call , if you are looking for a gym that will actually care about it's members I'd recommend Virgin Active , seeing as the management at planet fitness clearly don't care enough to even take your call
