What a waste of time and Money

I wish there was a 0 star option. Planet Fitness in Brakpan triple debited my account and refuse to speak to me. I phone the offices, I have emailed them and no one answers. I have explained my query to the 1st person to answer my call and from there my calls are blocked and nobody answers. Absolutely horrible. They promise things in their contracts and they don't keep up their end, so why must we PAY. And then they triple debit my account?
