What a dissapointment PLANET FITNESS

DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR! Really!!! I'm EXTREMELY ****ed off getting messages every other day from Landau Attorneys. I cancelled my membership on the 24th March 2020 and they slapped me with a HUGE amount of R1554.45. they said I joined in September 2019, MY CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES I JOINED IN APRIL 2019. Now Landau Attorneys say I owe them more money, they sent me a bill and now I'm being summoned. All of a sudden during the whole pandemic, I owe R2123,40, please man it was only R799 to join, Doesn't say anywhere you have to pay a cancellation fee, its a 12 month contract, and I paid my last month in March 2020! No one can actually help you resolve this, no one answers their phones. my advice: DON'T JOIN PLANET FITNESS!!!!!
