What a disappointment. Rather go to virgin active.

The pool has been murky for a few weeks now and is just getting worse. We can no longer even see the bottom. The water is cold and there are dead insects floating in the water. I also saw fishmoths walking along the yellow lane dividers. And we found bits of rusted steelwool on the pool floor

The equipment also needs an upgrade. Some machines are broken and can not be adjusted. Others need to have their weight markings reapp**** otherwise you have to guess the weight you are using.

I have emailed the gym directly as well as reported these complaints to the staff at the front desk. Neither of these two channels have even bothered to give me feedback. And not even a sign apologizing for the state of the pool etc. It's as if they are proud of the state of this gym
